FAQs

Still have a question that isn’t covered here? I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out through the form above or email me directly at hello@qialapatrice.com — I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Yes. I speak and lead workshops on maternal identity, neurodivergence, faith and self-trust, and the Q.I.A.L.A. framework I write about in First Name, Not Mom. I am open to keynotes, panels, breakout sessions, and intimate workshops for groups of 10 to 500. Send the event date, theme, audience, and budget to hello@qialapatrice.com and I will respond within a few days.

My work lives at the intersection of motherhood, identity reclamation, and quietly becoming who you already are. Recurring themes include reclaiming your first name after motherhood, building life on your own rhythm as a neurodivergent woman, writing your way back to yourself, and the five movements of the Q.I.A.L.A. framework: Question, Investigate, Align, Live, Activate.

Yes. I love long-form conversation and thoughtful written interviews. Podcast hosts and journalists can reach me at bookings@qialapatrice.com. Please include the name of the show or publication, your audience, the angle you have in mind, and your timeline.

Four to six weeks is ideal for podcasts and online events. Eight to twelve weeks is better for in-person conferences, keynotes, and print features. I do hold a small number of slots for last-minute opportunities, so even if your timeline is tight, it is worth asking.

Possibly. I partner with brands, organizations, and individual creators on work that aligns with the Still Becoming mission. That includes guest essays, content series, sponsored letters, retreats, and creative collaborations. Tell me what you are imagining at  Let’s connect and we can see if it is a fit.
