Book Qiala to Speak at Your Event
I speak to the women in the back row. The ones who show up for everyone, then wonder where they went. Whether the room holds 30 or 3,000, my talks help women pause, remember, and return to themselves.
Topics I speak on
Qiala’s Keynote Topics
Every event is different. But the heart of my message stays the same: helping women slow down, get honest, and find their way back to themselves.
First Name, Not Mom
Built from my book of the same name, this keynote speaks to the woman who answers to everyone but herself. It’s for moms, caregivers, and women who’ve quietly traded their own name for every other title they carry. I share the moment I realized I’d disappeared inside my own life, and the practice that brought me back.
Best fit: women’s conferences, parenting communities, faith events, mom-centered retreats
The Questions She Stopped Asking
Rooted in the Investigate pillar of my Q.I.A.L.A. framework, this talk is about the quiet cost of stopping. Stopping asking what we want. Stopping asking what’s true. Stopping asking who we’re becoming. I walk audiences through what happens when a woman starts asking again, and why honest questions are the beginning of every real return.
Best fit: women’s leadership events, retreats, general women’s audiences
Before You Disappear
For the high-capacity woman who’s praised for holding it all together while quietly losing herself in the holding. This talk speaks to leaders, caregivers, neurodivergent women, and anyone who’s been called “strong” so often they forgot they were allowed to be soft. I share the early signs of self-erasure and the small returns that bring a woman back.
Best fit: corporate wellness, women in leadership, mental health and neurodivergent spaces, faith communities
“Real and relatable. Healing starts with you.”

About Qiala
I’m an author, speaker, and founder of Still Becoming Media. My first book, First Name, Not Mom: The Rebirth Guide Back to You, is a memoir and a map for women who’ve quietly disappeared inside the lives they built. I speak to audiences who are tired of performing okay-ness and ready to come home to themselves.
I don’t promise quick fixes or five-step transformations. I offer presence, honesty, and language that meets women where they actually are. Whether the room holds 30 or 3,000, I show up the same way: as a witness, not a performer.
